WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All units sold by ITR Bulgaria LTD are used, if not specified otherwise. All products are tested and cover all criteria for quality and reliability. Images shown in offers and/or web shop/web site of ITR Bulgaria Ltd. are of real products from the specified brand/model and they are for illustration purposes only. Warranty period on all modules and complete configurations is from 3 months to 24 months, apart from hardware and accessories, whose is from 1 month to 12 months. Warranty period of every bought item is specified in the delivery note, which accompanies your order. Warranty provided by ITR Bulgaria Ltd. is RTB (return to base) at customer’s expense. On all used products warranty covers technical reliability, not cosmetic condition, mechanical (case/body) defects, noise level, etc. Warranty doesn’t cover software, drivers, and other types of user settings. For RMA that is software related, check the license agreement that is provided with the software product.

Warranty period for all clients (end users/resellers/business customers and other legal entities) starts from the date of purchase of the goods. ITR Bulgaria Ltd. is not bound to warranties provided by our business partners. ITR Bulgaria Ltd. accepts warranty claims only by its clients (end users and legal entities), who had purchased the goods directly from ITR Bulgaria Ltd. Replacement or reimbursement of faulty goods can occur when ITR Bulgaria Ltd. cannot repair the defect or for claims made not later than three days after goods delivery. Replacement of goods is done by a new invoice and a credit note for the replaced product. For goods delivered by courier, warranty terms and conditions are considered agreed upon after three days from delivery date.

ITR Bulgaria Ltd. cannot be held responsible for preserving the client’s information stored in computers/laptops/USB devices, etc. when warranty repair or replacement occurs. ITR Bulgaria cannot accept any liability for damages and missed opportunities due to lost data or inability to use the product. Warranty covers defects that occur in the process of normal usage of the products. Warranty from ITR Bulgaria does not limit by any way the acting laws and provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria.

By signing the delivery note the client accepts ITR Bulgaria’s warranty terms and conditions.

2. SPECIFICS:

2.1 Fans and cooling devices in the products don’t have warranty even in computers/laptops.

2.2 Warranty for batteries for used mobile devices is 1 month and it doesn’t cover the battery condition.

2.3 Hinges in mobile computers don’t have warranty.

2.4 For products with issues (Grade A-/Grade B/Grade C/Grade D) warranty doesn’t cover the part with the issue.

2.5 Consumables as toner cartridges, printer inks, CMOS batteries, etc. don’t have warranty.

2.6 ITR Bulgaria covers the shipping expenses in one direction for the defected item(s) in the warranty period.

3. CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY CLAIM:

3.1 Warranty claims will be accepted only when accompanied by Delivery Note and Invoice for the product.

3.2 Warranty claims will be accepted only at the ITR Bulgaria Ltd. address.

3.3 Client will be informed not later than 5 business days about the defect and the approximate time for repairing the unit.

3.4 Warranty fulfilment period
- for end users – 30 days from the date of receiving the claim;
- for legal entities – contractually specified; if there is no contractually specified period – 30 days from the date of receiving the claim.

The warranty period is extended by the number of days the product was being handled by the Service and RMA department.

3.5 If the supplier cannot fulfil the warranty or replace the product, he is obligated to refund the unit to the client.

4. THE CLIENT HAS THE RIGHT TO CLAIM AN RMA IN CASE OF:

4.1 Goods or parts are missing.

4.2 Defective goods.

4.3 Discrepancy in the quantity.

4.4 Discrepancy in the offered goods.

Warranty claims for missing units/parts and obvious defects should be made within 3 days of delivery.

Warranty claims for hidden defects are made when they are found, but not later than the end date of warranty period.

Warranty claims for discrepancy in offered goods configuration and/or brand are made when found, but not later than the end date of warranty period.

5. WARRANTY IS CONSIDERED VOID IN CASE OF:

5.1 Warranty sticker is tampered with or missing.

5.2 Usage of low quality or recycled consumables.

5.3 Attempt for repair by an unauthorized third party.

5.4 Improper usage.

5.5 Defects caused by modules working together with the delivered equipment.

5.6 Defects caused by computer viruses.

5.7 Improper storage.

5.8 Physical damage, drops.

5.9 Malfunctions in power grid.

5.10 Force majeure (such as fire, flood, war, earthquake, snowstorm, etc.).
